  3. This was a lot of good information about bankruptcy. My Uncle has been thinking about filing for bankruptcy. I decided to do some research so I can understand more about what he is going through and he hopes to accomplish by filing for bankruptcy. Are there different types of bankruptcy besides chapter 13 bankruptcy? I will have to do a little more research to find out.
